Inspired by the Year of the Fire Horse, Unbridled is a celebration of untamed energy, fierce independence + the courage to live boldly. The Fire Horse embodies passion, freedom, adventure and an unstoppable desire to forge its own path.

I created this 71% dark chocolate with vibrant Peruvian Piura cacao, layered with the dark, juicy allure of blackberry, the slow-building warmth of aji panca, the unexpected spark of pink peppercorn + a whisper of smoked salt. A dance of fruit, fire + a little rebellion.

Tuned to 741 Hz, the frequency associated with self-expression and awakening, Unbridled is an invitation to release expectations, embrace your wild nature + follow the fire within.

In October 2026, Unbridled received a Best in Show award at the Northwest Chocolate Festival, exactly one year after Vixen's debut and Rising Phoenix's own Best in Show honor.
